Computer Training Centre
The use of Computer has now become a necessity for all students. Through the use of computer students can get all the information they need instantly which helps them in their studies. This is especially important for rural area as there are not many people around to help students.
Connecting children to the digital world (Computer literacy) is not an innovation for modern society, but it is for urban children from economically downtrodden families. We need not to explain more here about Importance of learning to use computers. Now days using computer is normal and essential in day to day study for students.
Although this is true, it is a fact that boys and girls in resettlement area do not get to see or use computers. Still it is very surprising for them to use computers.
We want to expose these children to a new dimension of knowledge by teaching them how to use computers.
We started computer literacy education classes in the Learning Centres at Kannagi Nagar. Children learn to use computers for their study and other needs of life. They learn basic computer use and how to access the internet, sending email etc.
